Service Charges

Tax Preparation & Filing Service:

– Basic Personal Tax Preparation Fee – $49.00 per person per year includes one slip. Additional $5 will be charged per slip.

– Self-employed, UBER/Lyft, rental income, sole proprietor & unincorporated business: Starts at $100

– Incorporated professional and business: Starts at $400 for schedules plus the consultation time spent with the client.


Bookkeeping Service:

Startup/Small Business | Under 80K Turnover:
– Monthly: $1200
– Quarterly: $1000
– Annually: $550

Medium Business | 80K to 300K Turnover:
– Monthly: $1800
– Quarterly: $1400
– Annually: $750

Large Business | 300K to 500K Turnover:
– Monthly: $4500
– Quarterly: $3500
– Annually: $2000+


Reports Compilation & T2 Return Filing:

Small Business (Under 80K Turnover): From $400

Medium Business (80K to 300K Turnover): From $600

Large Business (300K to 500K Turnover): From $750

Nil Return Filing: $300


HST Return Filing:

Monthly Reporting: $650

Quarterly Reporting: $350

Annually Reporting: $150


Payroll Return:

1-4 Employees: $65/employee 

5-20 Employees: $50/employee 

21+ Employees: $40/employee 


Payroll Services:

1-4 Employees: $35/employee per month

5-20 Employees: $30/employee per month

21+ Employees: $25/employee per month


WSIB Return Filing:

– Drivers / Renovation / Plumbers / Electricians Etc.: From $50

– Construction: From $100 


Accounting Service: (Charges may vary depending upon the size of the business)

– Financials: $300 – $900

– Notice to Reader: $500 – $1200

– Corporation Audit Assistance: $500 – $1000

– HST Return Audit Assistance: $300 – $600

– Payroll Return Audit Assistance: $300 – $1000

– Budgeting: $500 – $2500


Company Formation:

– Federal & Provincial Registration: Starting from $400


Business Setup:

– SMART Workplace Virtual Address: $300/year ($25/month)

– SMART Workplace Virtual Office: $1150/month – $1750/month

– For all other services, charges may vary depending on the requirement. For price quote, please contact us with your requirements.


Consultation Service:

An hourly fee schedule for in-person consultation only. A minimum charge of 30 minutes per consultation. There will be no consultation communication over the phone calls or emails.

– $100/hour for personal Tax Preparation Consultation

– $150/hr (tax deductible) for Tax & Accounting Services Consultation

– $130/hr for all services relating to tax years prior to current tax year.

– $50/hr for Student Guidance

– $175/hr for Business Development Consultancy


Special Note:

– HST/GST: We will be charging you HST regardless of the mode of payment. All fees quoted are excluding the HST.

– NEW CLIENTS: tax return preparation fees include a free 15-minute initial consultation & a free 15-minute final review consultation for all new clients (per family). An hourly fee will be applicable thereafter. Hourly fees will be applicable for repetitive document deliveries and visits.

– CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE: for supplying adequate and all client information, records, and systems with or without minimal delays. Note that all documents will be returned to the client at the final consultation without any exceptions.

– APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION: 24-hour cancellation is required for appointments; otherwise a fee equivalent to 1 hour of service will be invoiced to the client without any exceptions.
